I was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and I have been running businesses since my early twenties. I spent more than a decade as general manager of my family's telecommunications and distribution companies before moving to the United States, where I have founded four companies in Florida: a behavioral coaching and corporate training firm, a construction and remodeling company, a business consulting and insurance firm, and an earlier venture in Orlando.
Along the way I led human resources for a workforce of more than 150 people in New York, advised small-business owners for T-Mobile in Florida's Hispanic market, and supported complex litigation as a paralegal under the supervision of a Florida attorney.
What ties it all together is one question: why do people do what they do, and how do you help them change? I have worked on that question since 2010 through behavioral coaching, certified hypnosis practice and strategic intervention, and I bring it to every stage, workshop and consulting engagement, in English and in Spanish.
